Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage core financial accounting functions, month-end closing processes, and balance sheet integrity across key operating entities.
Ensure accurate technical accounting treatment, compliance with Australian standards,



and robust internal reporting frameworks.
Assist senior leadership with monthly management reporting packs, financial analysis, and commercial commentary for board presentation.
Leverage modern ERP systems and analytics platforms to drive reporting efficiencies and process automation.
Partner cross-functionally across the business, collaborating with operational teams to streamline internal workflows.
Participate actively in ad hoc commercial projects, systems enhancements, and business-improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For CA Qualified (Big 4 or Mid-Tier charter background preferred) with 3-5 years of total experience, seeking a first or second move into industry.
Solid technical accounting foundation with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Commercially minded, proactive, and articulate qualified with the confidence to communicate effectively across management levels.
