About the role As our Broker Lead, you'll lead a high performing Sales team at the centre of Origin's Broker channel, driving customer growth, retention and commercial performance across a significant portfolio.
Working closely with Brokers, consultants and internal stakeholders, you'll influence strategy, develop future leaders and play a key role in delivering outcomes for both customers and the business.

Lead and develop a team of 5-7 high performing Account Managers within Origin's Energy Markets business.
Drive Sales growth, retention and service excellence across a key sales channel.
Build strong relationships with Brokers, consultants and industry stakeholders.
Influence commercial outcomes across a large and strategically significant portfolio.
Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver customer outcomes.
Play a key role in shaping the future success and growth of Origin's Broker channel.
What will you bring?
Leadership experience within sales, account management or customer facing environments.
Current experience in the energy industry.
Commercial and Industrial experience advantageous.




Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business performance.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to make sound decisions.
Experience supporting tender responses will be highly regarded.
