and identity lifecycle • Investigate issues using monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic • Support Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized IAM workloads • Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and GitHub Actions • Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting • Perform Java-based debugging and minor code enhancements • Participate in incident management, RCA, and problem management • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practices • Support release deployments and environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
