Full-time or Part time opportunity Objective Pro Solutions is partnering with a growing Adelaide-based legal practice to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their collaborative and progressive team.
This is an exciting chance for a solicitor with at least 6 years' post-admission experience (PAE)who enjoys working across a diverse range of legal matters, building trusted client relationships, and making a genuine impact.
You'll work closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals, providing practical legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of a modern and client-focused practice.
The Opportunity As a Solicitor, you will manage your own files while working collaboratively with the wider team across a diverse client base.
This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to develop your expertise across commercial law, intellectual property, wills and estates, and litigation within a supportive and flexible workplace.
Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic legal advice across commercial law matters, including business structuring, commercial contracts, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters, including trade marks, copyright, licensing agreements and IP protection strategies.
• Prepare wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documents, providing practical and compassionate advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Assist clients with litigation matters across the firm's areas of practice, including preparing legal documentation and supporting dispute resolution processes.
• Manage your own portfolio of files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.




• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused, practical and timely legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the practice.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: • Minimum 6 years' post-admission experience across Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and/or Wills Estates.
• Strong technical legal knowledge with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships with professionalism, integrity and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of and experience using AI technology to improve legal practice and efficiency.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for continuous learning, innovation and professional development.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
