Job Description To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes.
Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting.
Lead the preparation of AFL agreements, and negotiate accordingly Solve client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including client interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and within our business.
Assisting in business development activities such as development of proposals, internal opportunity management, and thought leadership development.
Collaborate across service line with Turner Townsend sectors/service lines to bring additional value to clients, and seek cross-sell opportunities Qualifications Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture Strong corporate office capability and experience Existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector with design consultants, builders and clients will be favorable.
