What you'll be doing Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and other communication channels Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, while providing a positive customer experience Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Providing feedback and recommendations to management to improve customer service processes and procedures Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Continuously learning and developing your customer service skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
