Location Ryde, NSW, Australia About the role The Regional Manager, Accommodation is responsible for leading and managing the effective and effective operation of a portfolio of accommodation services for clients with a disability within a defined region.
This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives and projects relating to service growth, and to ensure the consistent application of practices, policies and procedures across all areas of the Accommodation conduct audits of sites and individual clients About you: Demonstrated leadership or senior leadership experience, managing multiple direct reports Industry experience in the disability sector, with past experience supporting the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives NDIA framework and compliance knowledge with an understanding of the considerations and how these relate to Accommodation
