This role provides high-quality administrative and reception support to staff, clients and visitors across Community Health services within the EFN region.
You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative services while contributing to a positive client experience.
About the Role As an Administrative Officer, you will:



Provide qualified reception and front office support Respond to telephone and in-person enquiries in a timely and courteous manner Coordinate appointments and maintain administrative records Perform data entry, word processing and general clerical duties Manage filing systems, medical records and confidential information Assist with room bookings, stock ordering and office supplies Support staff and clients with administrative enquiries Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment About You You are an organised and adaptable administration professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
