Kirinari Community Services is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our Gladstone team.
This full time role supports In-Home Services clients across regional Queensland, delivering care management to help older adults live safely and independently at home.
You will coordinate care, interpret clinical guidance, and work within our values of integrity, respect, cooperation, empowerment and excellence.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
