Overview Your Role Gallagher Bassett is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of insurance policies and procedures through comprehensive quality assurance measures.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with a hybrid working approach working in our Melbourne CBD office and WFH.
How you'll make an impact You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following: Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements Perform regular audits of insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, and certificates, to identify errors or discrepancies Monitor insurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in insurance documentation, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions Provide training and guidance to insurance agents and underwriters on quality assurance best practices, regulatory requirements, and procedural updates Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Prepare detailed reports for management review Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes, streamline workflows, and optimise efficiency About you We're interested in hearing from people who possess:
