Our purposebuilt 180bed home i s scheduled to open November ****, and this role provides a rare opportunity to play a key part in the commissioning and establishment of a home designed specifically to support exceptional resident outcomes.

About the role As our Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC), you will provide daily clinical leadership and guidance to your team of RN's, EN's and PCA's.
Working closely with the Residential Manager, you will help shape and embed highquality clinical care systems and support the delivery of exceptional resident experiences.
Your role will be pivotal in providing handson clinical leadership and mentoring, driving strong clinical outcomes, fostering a compassionate and qualified care culture,



and supporting commissioning activities as clinical systems are established for a brandnew home.
What You'll Bring • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar leadership role within aged care or acute care • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration • Strong and uptodate clinical knowledge and assessment capability • Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, supervision and professional development • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Sound understanding of funding, accreditation and compliance requirements • Experience with care planning and residentcentred clinical systems Why Join For Purpose Aged Care ?
