Our client is a respected insurance building and restoration company specialising in residential repair projects following major weather-related events.
With a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and efficient project delivery, they continue to experiencestrong growthand are looking for an motivated and proactive Repairs Coordinator to join their team.
About the Role
As the Repairs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end coordination of insurance building repair projects.
Working closely with Site Supervisors, trades, contractors, insurers and customers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard while providing an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that combines project coordination, administration, customer service and contractor management.
Based on-site in Carrington
Permanent role with full-time hours
Plenty of street parking
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
Liaise with customers, insurers, supervisors and contractors throughout the repair processSchedule trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on track




Resolve customer enquiries professionally and proactively
Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, budgets, quality standards and KPI timeframes
About You
You are highly organised, thrive in a busy environment and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts to keep projects progressing.
You will bring:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience coordinating projects, repairs, maintenance or construction related activities
Resilience to handling difficult customer situations and challenging situations
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and competing deadlines
Confidence communicating with trades, suppliers and customers
A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of your work
Highly Regarded
Experience within insurance, building, construction or property maintenance
Trade scheduling or contractor management experience
