The Role
As a Senior Engineer – Bridges & Structures,



you will provide technical expertise and project delivery leadership across a diverse portfolio of bridge and structural infrastructure projects.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the planning, analysis, design and delivery of complex transport infrastructure projects throughout North Queensland and across Australia.
Deliver bridge and structural design solutions across all project phases.
Undertake structural analysis, design calculations and technical reviews.
Prepare reports, specifications and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated project outcomes.
Support project delivery to programme, budget and quality objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Mentor and support graduate and developing engineers.
Contribute to business development, proposals and technical excellence initiatives.
About You
A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
6-8 years' experience delivering bridge and structural engineering projects.
Experience undertaking structural analysis, design and assessment.
Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards and design codes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
A strong commitment to safety, quality and client outcomes.
RPEQ registration or active progression towards registration.
