At ARN, we're building the next generation of sales talent across our total audio business.
We're looking for four Junior Client Partners to join our Sydney team and kick-start their careers in media sales. If you're ambitious, people-focused and excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced commercial setting — this is a standout opportunity to learn, grow and build a long-term career.
This is an entry-level role designed for graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in media and sales. The role focuses on learning core sales disciplines, developing client engagement skills, and contributing to the Commercial Sales team's revenue targets.
About The Role
Support revenue growth through client engagement and sales activity
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and campaign responses




Build strong client relationships through service and communication
Support pipeline development, reporting and CRM updates
Work with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
Learn core sales disciplines in a structured development environment
Structured training and development programmes
Clear pathway into a Client Partner role
Exposure to major brands and national campaigns
Long-term career progression opportunities
About You
Graduate or early-career professional (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in sales, media or advertising
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Proactive, driven and eager to learn
