Due to rapid growth and two acquisitions, this innovative, AI-first Adtech platform, are looking to add a Head of Client Success to the business. This role will see you overseeing the client services function of the business, working closely with agencies and brands to ensure they are getting what they want and need. It will also see you using your commercial experience to identify opportunities for growth as well as manage a small but growing account management/ client success team.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
Client management
Client retention and growth
Team management
Working with wider team on process efficiencies
Stakeholder management, internal and external
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Trading teams in Australia and across APAC offices
Reporting into the MD, ANZ




What you'll need to get the role:
Extensive experience in account management/ client success roles across Adtech, Publisher and/ or Agency businesses
A strong understanding and experience in the programmatic space
Ability to manage Enterprise client relationships, both Agency (Holding-co and Indies) and Brands direct
Proven commercial acumen - ability to drive growth and cross-sell/ up-sell
Strong team leadership and mentor skills
A real energy and drive, and passion for helping a business move up to that next level
Salary: $*******k (depending on experience) + super + bonus
