Our client is a large, global software company looking for two Sales Development Representatives to join its growing North Sydney team.
This is a great entry point into tech sales for someone who already knows how to build rapport, work to targets, handle rejection and close customers - but wants stronger earning potential, structured training and a clear career path.
You do not need previous technology experience. What matters most is your hunger, resilience and motivation to succeed.
The role
You will generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings for Account Executives by:
Making around ****** outbound calls per day
Engaging prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedIn
Asking strong questions and identifying business needs
Handling objections and building interest
Qualifying opportunities before progressing them to the sales team
Working towards clear monthly activity and performance targets
You could be a great fit if you have experience in:
Retail sales and individual KPIs
Gym or fitness membership sales




Call centre or phone-based sales
Outbound sales in another industry
Customer-facing roles involving upselling, negotiation or closing
You will also bring:
A genuine interest in building a career in technology sales

Confidence speaking with new people
Strong communication and active listening skills
Clear examples of achieving targets or overcoming challenges
