Job Description
Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a busy Therapies Surgery department on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload and support patient flow across DMOPS wards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex Occupational Therapy caseload on DMOPS wards
Support patient flow and contribute to efficient ward processes
Lead and participate in parallel discharge planning




Provide supervision and support to Junior Occupational Therapists
Requirements
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Previous Band 6 experience, or a strong Band 5 ready to progress within the NHS
Experience with complex surgical caseloads
Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
