Key Responsibilities & Favourable Skills
Assisting in maintaining financial accounts and administrative systems to ensure internal and legislative compliance
Accounts payable processing
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Processing payroll, ensuring compliance with legislative instruments including STP filing and superannuation obligations
Providing support and guidance to new and existing staff
General administration duties, including a willingness to embrace job diversity within the role to help the company operate efficiently
Occasionally working additional hours to assist during periods of staff leave, with the potential for the role to transition into a full-time position in the future
Microsoft Office skills
A working knowledge of Capital Business Manager would be advantageous, but not essential

Have previous experience in an office and bookkeeping environment, with strong time management and organisational skills
Be highly self-motivated and able to prioritise effectively in a busy and sometimes demanding environment
Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while remaining focused
Be comfortable embracing technology and contributing to business improvement initiatives
Have a willingness to learn recent skills and assist with guided IT-related tasks as required
