Customer Service Representative
to join their friendly team based in
Thomastown, Victoria
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building great relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience across retail, hospitality, online and private customers. Working closely with the sales, warehouse and leadership teams, you'll help keep operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Manage the Customer Service inbox and provide timely resolutions.
Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and logistics team.
Support Sales Representatives with customer requests and administration.
Assist with stock enquiries and inventory coordination.
Prepare sales and debtor reports.




Provide reception and general administrative support.
Assist with Accounts Receivable, banking and receipt allocations.
Coordinate office supplies across VIC, NSW and QLD.
Support annual events including trade shows and warehouse sales.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Previous experience in a
Customer Service
or Customer Support role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Confidence working in a busy office workplace.
Experience using inventory or accounting systems (Fishbowl, Reckon or similar) will be highly regarded.
Experience within the
wine, beverage, FMCG or hospitality industry
is highly desirable.
