Job Description:
What awaits you?
You will be responsible for planning and implementing the technical training strategy aligned with BMW Group standards and business objectives.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs across BMW, MINI, Motorrad, apprentice, and bodyshop networks.
You will drive training needs analysis, capability development, and structured learning pathways to enhance workforce competence and performance.
You will drive new product readiness by ensuring technical competency across the network ahead of vehicle launches.
You will support the management of training vendors, trainers, and academy resources to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
You will support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training effectiveness, leveraging up-to-date learning methods including digital and blended solutions.
What you should bring along?
University degree in Business Management or related discipline.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
Proven experience in technical training design and delivery, ideally within the automotive industry.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
Solid understanding of modern automotive technologies and systems.
Experience in project management and implementing training programs.
