About the Role
Reporting to the Director – Finance & Risk, you will lead the end-to-end property and facilities function across Savers Australia.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for:
Developing and executing the national property strategy aligned to our store growth ambitions
Driving site acquisition, portfolio optimisation and network expansion
Leading complex lease negotiations and renewals with major landlords
Providing commercial and strategic advice to senior leadership on property decisions
Overseeing facilities management to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations across all sites
Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
You will play a key role in enabling Savers' continued growth, ensuring we secure the right sites, on the right terms, at the right time.
About You




You are an experienced property leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a practical, delivery-focused mindset.
You will bring:
Significant experience leading

etail, large-format or multi-site property portfolios
A strong track record in site acquisition, lease negotiation and portfolio strategy
The ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and external partners
A high level of accountability and ownership, with a focus on outcomes
The ability to identify risks early and respond with clear, commercial solutions
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
