Supervise daily site activities and coordinate trades
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Monitor site compliance and maintain accurate site records
Support successful project delivery from start to completion
About the Candidate
Trade qualification with a strong building background preferred
Previous experience leading residential or commercial construction projects
Ready to step into site leadership or already established as a Foreman
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and team-oriented teamwork
Work Environment
As a Site Foreman, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial construction projects.
You will coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.




This permanent Townsville-based opportunity offers a Monday to Friday roster and a competitive salary of up to $150,000.
