The successful candidate will join a supportive and productive project team working a consistent Monday to Friday roster, with an immediate start available for the right person.

Immediate commencement for the right candidate, The Final Trim Grader Operator will be responsible for:
Operating a grader to final trim and level specification standards
Reading and interpreting site plans, set-out information,



and level requirements
Performing precise trimming, shaping, and finishing of road and civil surfaces
Working closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and other plant operators
Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance checks
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and safety requirements
Maintaining a clean, secure, and efficient work environment on site
Supporting the broader civil construction team as required
About the Candidate
Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
Strong ability to work to levels and final trim specifications
Experience on civil construction projects
Commitment to safe work practices
White Card
Relevant tickets, licences and operating experience
Ability to work well within a team and follow site instructions
