About the role
This is a 12-month full-time fixed term position with a salary of VPS *******,635 plus 12% superannuation.




The role sits within Workplace & Applications Services, Strategy & Solutions at Cenitex.
As the Senior Dynamics Developer AppDev, you will lead the design, build and deployment of web, cloud and integration solutions using the Microsoft stack, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Power Pages and SharePoint.
You will play a senior technical role in delivering reliable, customer-focused digital solutions, while supporting Agile delivery, DevOps practices and strong coding standards.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Day to day, you will be expected to
Turn business and technical requirements into practical Microsoft solution designs
Lead and co-ordinate development activities across projects and team members
Design, build, test and review technical solutions using appropriate coding practices
Prepare technical documentation and ensure solutions meet compliance and policy requirements
Support the deployment, maintenance and improvement of applications and Microsoft environments
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to support high-quality delivery
To be successful in this role, you will have
Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration and implementation of case management solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including: SLAs, queues, business process flows,



escalations.
Experience in Power Pages development for secure online forms and portal functionality integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
Strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including cloud and integration solutions
Practical experience working in Agile delivery environments and with DevOps practices
Strong technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers and stakeholders across simultaneous projects and challenging timelines
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse requirements from different perspectives and deliver customer-focused solutions
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with limited supervision
A tertiary qualification in ICT, Engineering or a related field.
