Protech is currently seeking an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to join our tweir 1 client.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee warehouse operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced distribution environment.

About the Role
Reporting to site leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
Maintain inventory accuracy through effective planning, stock management, and reporting.
Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved and maintained.
Promote and drive a strong workplace health and safety culture.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to maximise productivity and accountability.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and deliver operational, inventory, and performance reports.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer and business objectives are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting platforms.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business (desirable).
