Job Description
About the role This senior branch leadership role is responsible for leading commercial performance, customer satisfaction, operational reliability and people leadership across a team of approximately 20 employees.
Working with an established leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee service, projects, sales, retail and operations while ensuring the branch continues to deliver high-quality irrigation and water-management solutions across Northern Australia.
Benefits $150,000 - $170,000 + Super (base salary)

Short-term incentive of up to 20% annually

Duties Lead branch performance across revenue, profitability and cost control
Support managers across service, sales, projects and operations
Develop long-term relationships with commercial, civil, government and infrastructure customers
Oversee project delivery, inventory management and operational performance
Manage escalated customer, supplier and employee matters
Skills & Experience Senior leadership experience within irrigation, civil construction, infrastructure, landscaping, utilities or capital equipment
Demonstrated commercial and financial management capability, including P&L; ownership
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, projects, service and sales
Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights
