The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited (HCF) is seeking a Member Care Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our members over the phone.
You will work in a Parramatta-based contact centre during training, then move to a hybrid schedule with a minimum two days in the office.
You will be involved in first contact resolution, addressing member needs, and promoting HCF products.
The role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to KPIs.
