About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our highly successful Corporate M&A; team, working closely with partner David Wilkie.
This role involves working on some of the largest and most high‐profile corporate and private equity fund deals in the market, collaborating with global clients, and developing your practice under the mentorship of senior practitioners.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft transaction documents for high‐profile corporate and private equity fund deals.
Act for public and private‐sector clients primarily in infrastructure, real‐estate, bio‐tech, data storage and transport sectors.
Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.
Mentor junior lawyers and provide hands‐on guidance and feedback.
Engage in business‐development activities and support client service.
Assist on major public transactions such as Crown Resorts and Dye &Durham.;
Qualifications
5+ years post‐qualification experience in Corporate M&A;, with demonstrated Senior Associate‐level work.




Experience in private‐M&A; transactions at a leading commercial law firm.
Excellent academic record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capacity to prioritise workload across multiple busy matters.
