Accounts Payable Officer
The Accounts Payable Officer ensures all invoice and credit processing is completed accurately and timely, adhering to internal controls and audit compliance.
The role involves building robust relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Process invoices and credits via the nominated system in an accurate manner within expected service level agreements.
Resolve any errors or issues immediately, develop controls to mitigate repeat scenarios.
Maintain all processes ensuring audit compliance.
Handle stakeholder complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within KPIs, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience working in an agile,
fast‐paced environment is highly regarded.
Ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
