About the role
Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our
Home Care clients
across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include:
Providing nursing care with the support from an Experienced Registered Nurse
Collaborating with community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health
Contributing to the assessment, prevention and early detection of any health conditions
Contributing to the formulation of care plans, reviews and case conferencing
Joining the team, you'll work across Heidelberg, Reservoir, Preston and surrounding suburbs in a full time capacity, following a five-day roster Monday- Friday.

To be successful, you will have:




Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
12 months plus experience in Community Nursing
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
Driver's licence and own vehicle
