The Role
This is a varied position across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service, maintenance and installs.
You'll be working across:
Cool rooms and under-bar refrigeration systems
Split systems & ducted air conditioning
Breakdown work & fault finding
Installations and upgrades
Restaurants, bars, retail and hospitality sites
The role offers a positive mix of:
On-the-road service work
Site-based installation work
Mentoring apprentices and helping younger guys develop
Company ute and fuel card included.
What They're Looking For Open to:
Qualified Refrigeration Mechanics
Strong 4th Year Apprentices
Mechanical Plumbers with refrigeration exposure

Attitude, reliability and culture fit matter just as much as technical ability.
You'll have exposure to:
Refrigeration fault finding
Commercial refrigeration systems
Split system & ducted A/C installs/service
Commercial hospitality or retail environments
