ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery.
WHATS ON OFFER
Maternity Leave position - 5-6 months
Immediate Start
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care Policies




Coordinate communications and services between residents, families and medical professionals
Directing and maintaining infection control
Occupational health and safety standards
Assisting in commonwealth government funding process
Ensuring that education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implemented
Comply with the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Residential Care Services
MUST HAVES
Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA
A strong background inAged Care at an RN level
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes and ANACC
Proven experienceleading, motivating andmanaging a team
Excellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate the use of IT systems in a residential aged care environment
A strong passion for quality in aged care
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
