operational processes and continuous improvementBudgets, contracts and commercial supplier managementBusiness continuity, workplace safety and operational riskThis is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable developing strategy, leading people and rolling up their sleeves to deliver outcomes.About YouYou'll bring significant experience leading Office Services, Workplace Services, Facilities or Corporate Services within a professional services or multi-site corporate environment.You'll have:Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administration or workplace support teamsStrong facilities, supplier and contract management experienceExperience managing office relocations, workplace projects or fit outsOutstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadersA commercial mindset with strong organisational and project management capabilityA passion for creating exceptional workplace experiencesThe confidence to identify opportunities, improve processes and build scalable operating modelsMost importantly, you'll be proactive, solutions-focused and someone who naturally takes ownership.Why Join Law Partners?
