Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a trade-related environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

What you will be doing
Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
Process sales and transactions accurately
Assist customers with promotions, product options, and enquiries
Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training
Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and store goals
This is a full-time on-site role based at Sydney Tools Taren Point, working a stable roster that includes one weekend day each week.
