Working with two respected automotive brands, you'll play a key role in driving workshop performance, mentoring technicians and ensuring every vehicle is repaired to the highest manufacturer standards.
About the Role
As the Workshop Foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, providing technical leadership while supporting productivity, quality and safety.
Working closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller, you'll ensure jobs are completed efficiently, technicians are supported, and customers receive an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics and repairs.
Allocate and monitor workshop jobs to maximise efficiency and workflow.
Ensure repairs are completed to Nissan and LDV manufacturer standards.
Support workshop productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain a secure, organised workshop and ensure compliance with WHS policies.
Coach and develop apprentices and technicians through ongoing training.




Liaise with the Service Department to ensure effective communication and timely vehicle delivery.
About You
You'll be an experienced automotive qualified with robust technical expertise and a passion for leading successful teams.
You'll Bring
Trade qualification as a Motor Vehicle Technician.
Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman, Lead Technician or Senior Technician.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
