Join the team at Banks Benchtops Archerfield as a Machine Operator.
In this full-time role based in Archerfield, you will be operating our machines to manufacture high-quality stone benchtops.
What you'll be doing
Operate our machines to fabricate stone benchtops
Read basic CAD programs and plans, and work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production
Perform routine maintenance and checks on the machines to maintain secure and optimal operating conditions
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets
Maintain a clean and organised workstation to support a safe working environment
What we're looking for
Some experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within the trades and services industry (Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
Proficient in reading CAD plans, and able to follow work instructions
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to workplace health and safety
