Within this role you will be responsible for liaising with business stakeholders to create requirements, design, develop, enhance and implement reporting and insight solutions for AIA Health.
You will help drive planning, estimation and varied tasks associated with both strategic and operational business objectives.To do this successfully you will:Partner with relevant Operations teams, Distribution, Data Analytics, Retention, and Product teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunitiesDistil large volumes of data, information and/or complex concepts in a clear and concise manner for key stakeholdersValidate business demands and document high level functional requirements to ensure the new/modified functionalities address the business requirementLeverage industry and sector experience to bring progressive best practice solutions to AIA HealthManaging requirements and briefs from the business, and size the work appropriately to coordinate sprint planningBuild Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau Software & Power BIProvide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementationDesign, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards, as well as schedule extract refreshesDesign dashboard wireframes with an emphasis on user experience, consistency,
