This is an exciting new opportunity for a Workplace Relations Advisor to join our Workplace Relations team providing high quality advice to stakeholders on performance, conduct, award compliance, legislative compliance, and employee lifecycle matters to support consistent and compliant business decisions.
A diverse role, this opportunity suits someone who enjoys both hands‐on advisory work and the chance to contribute to proactive workplace relations initiatives across a national, fast-moving business.
You will build strong relationships across the business, provide clear guidance in time-sensitive situations and help strengthen Data#3's workplace relations capability.
About You
You will have at least seven years' experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, employment relations, HR advisory or employment law
Strong grounding in award interpretation, employment and health & safety legislation
Experience supporting complex performance, conduct, consultation or employee relations matters, including exposure to Fair Work & Workers Compensation matters
Experience in delivering training and Management enablement initiatives
Confident communication style,



with the ability to build trust quickly and guide leaders through difficult conversations
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Tertiary qualifications with majors in Industrial, Workplace or Employment Relations or Law.
