You'll collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to the implementation of exciting programs that inspire curiosity and learning.Key responsibilities include:Delivering fun, engaging and milestone aligned learning experiencesBuilding positive relationships with children, families, and your teamMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentSupporting children's growth through observation and documentationContributing to a culture of collaboration and funEnsuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children is prioritised at all timesActively supervising children and maintaining awareness of risks in the environmentReporting any concerns or incidents in line with service policies and proceduresSkills & ExperienceWe're looking for someone who embodies passion and enthusiasm.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareStrong knowledge of the EYLF and NQSGreat communication and teamwork skillsDedication to providing quality care and fostering children's learningA positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiencesStrong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reportingAbility to identify and respond to risks to children's safetyCompleted the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).
Successful applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
