This casual (or could be permanent part-time if you like?) role will see you providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with everyday tasks such as personal care, employment, and daily living skillsAccompanying clients to social outings, and community activities & providing emotional support and companionship to ensure our clients' well beingCollaborating with the care team to develop and implement personalised support plans and manage supportsMaintaining detailed client records and following all relevant policies and procedures.What we're looking forCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
