The Opportunity
This is not your average Workshop Controller role.
We are looking for a sharp, experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to keep a busy workshop firing on all cylinders.

What You'll Do
Own the daily scheduling and loading of a high-volume technician team to maximise throughput and efficiency
Drive the flow of work across the workshop floor — keeping jobs moving, technicians productive, and customers informed
Be the critical link between service advisors, technicians, and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication at every touchpoint
Keep repair orders accurate, complete, and processed without missing a beat
Lead the team to smash CSI, productivity, and efficiency KPIs
Uphold Toyota service standards, warranty compliance, and workshop safety — every time, no exceptions
Coordinate with parts to eliminate downtime and keep the bay doors turning
Bring genuine leadership energy to technicians and apprentices every single day
What We're Looking For




Proven experience as a Workshop Controller — high-volume experience highly regarded
A natural ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
Strong communication skills and a presence that commands respect on the workshop floor
A customer-first mindset backed by the drive to deliver results
Proficiency with dealer management systems (experience with TUNE or similar highly regarded)
Current Queensland driver's licence
