Backed by one of Australia's leading residential building groups, they offer long-term stability, an exciting project pipeline, and genuine opportunities for career growth.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple House & Land projects across Southeast Queensland.This is a unique client-side role where you'll work closely with the developer and build partner to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.What's on OfferUp to $180,000 + SuperBrisbane CBD office with regular site visits across Southeast QueenslandJoin a growing business backed by a leading national residential building groupKey ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of multiple House & Land projects from site commencement through to handover.Coordinate construction programmes and monitor project milestones.Review drawings, variations, specifications,
and customer selections.Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance and defect resolution.Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor programme performance, identify project risks, and provide practical solutions.Support continuous improvement across construction processes and product development.About YouYou'll have experience delivering residential construction or volume housing projects and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders across a busy build programme.Ideally you'll bring:Experience in residential construction with a volume home builderStrong understanding of the residential build process from site start to handover.Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.Experience managing build quality, defects, and contractor performance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you're looking to join a growing residential builder where you'll have genuine ownership of project outcomes and the opportunity to influence delivery and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
