You'll: Lead, coach and inspire a team of educators.
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
Drive quality practice aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
Build strong relationships with families and your local community.
Oversee compliance, staffing, rosters, budgets and daily operations.
Champion continuous improvement across the service.
About you You'll bring: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
2-3 years' experience leading an early learning service.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
A cooperative leadership style that brings out the best in people.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families and educators.
