We are seeking an experienced Drafting Manager to lead and develop the drafting team in the Sunshine Coast.Whilst drafting knowledge is a must, the role is more about leadership, mentorship and driving quality and standards.
You will play a critical role in coordinating the teams day & ensuring work produced is accurate and productive.Please note the role is based in the Sunshine Coast and would not suit a fully remote candidate.The Role:Lead, mentor and develop a team of up to 8 drafters - onsiteSet daily priorities and coordinate team workflowEnsure drawings are accurate, detailed, and construction-readyReview shop drawings before issue to Project ManagersMonitor output to ensure targets and deadlines are metDrive improvements in systems,
