This structure enables close collaboration across teams, a strong focus on tenant outcomes, and a commitment to delivering operational excellence across the portfolio.This State Facilities Manager role offers the opportunity to influence operational strategy, drive sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a high-performing facilities management function within a nationally recognised property platform.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, this position is responsible for the overall management and performance of facilities operations across the Queensland portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring, and developing a facilities management teamOverseeing compliance, WHS, contractor management, and operational riskDriving consistency in facilities management standards and service deliveryManaging contractor procurement, tendering, and vendor performanceSupporting operational and CAPEX budgeting across the portfolioAssisting with acquisitions, onboarding, and transition of new assetsCollaborating closely with internal property, asset, and development teamsSupporting ESG, sustainability,
