A well-regarded commercial fitout contractor based in the South Sydney area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of their project portfolio.
They deliver high-quality fitouts for some of Australia's most recognisable brands, working across retail and commercial sectors on projects that run nationally.This is not an entry-level step-up role.
You've been a PM for at least five years, you know how fitout works, and you're comfortable leading projects from award through to handover without a lot of oversight.The Role:End-to-end delivery of commercial fitout projects for national brand clientsManaging subcontractors, programme, budget, and client relationshipsWorking in live environments with strict access requirements and tight deadlinesOverseeing contract administration, variations, and progress claimsAbout You:Around five years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial fitoutProficiency in Procore,



Microsoft Project and Microsoft ExcelComfortable working across retail and commercial environments, including live sitesYou understand the pace and precision these environments demandCommercially sharp, client-facing, and confident on siteSydney based and happy to travel nationally when requiredThe Company:Established fitout contractor with a strong client base and a consistent national pipeline.
