Protech is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team, supporting a reputable manufacturing client based in Geebung (QLD ****).

We have an immediate vacancy available for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader who can effectively lead daily warehouse operations, drive team performance, and maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality.
Team Leader - Warehouse (Geebung, QLD)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Competitive rate of $*****/hr
Immediate start available
Monday to Friday alternating roster
Day Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Day Shift 2: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Penalty rates and overtime opportunities available
Stable, ongoing work with a temp-perm position available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, support, and coordinate daily warehouse operations
Supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational targets are met
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch activities
Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Deliver training, guidance,



and support to team members as required
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
