Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Assist with site coordination, logistics, and operational planning as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive,

and eager to take ownership of their work.
You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
A professional and positive attitude
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A collaborative approach and strong team mindset
Initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn and develop

Experience managing project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and contract administration
Competency in programming and project scheduling
Strong written communication and contract correspondence skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective client and subcontractor relationships
Highly Desirable
Experience within road construction, civil works, or transport infrastructure projects
Understanding of civil construction methodologies and project delivery processes
Why Join Us?
We believe our people are our greatest asset.
As our business continues to grow, so do the opportunities for our team.
We offer:
Genuine career progression opportunities
Exposure to a diverse range of civil and road infrastructure projects
A supportive and collaborative team culture
