We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while meeting clients across South East Queensland and beyond.

About the Role
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with customers across multiple industries.
Promote our transport, warehousing, hot-shot, distribution and logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.
Work closely with our operations team to ensure outstanding customer service.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's continued growth.
What We're Looking For




Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
Experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
