You will lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and help deliver exceptional, person-centred support to NDIS participants.Due to continual growth,we are looking for someone exceptional to be part of our journey, who is either already a SIL Team leader or looking to make the next step up in their career and become one.As a SIL Team Leader, you will:Lead and support Disability Support WorkersCoordinate daily SIL operations and staffingEnsure compliance with NDIS and organisational standardsSupport participants to achieve their goals and independenceAbility to manage incidents, risk and competing operational priorities.Build positive relationships with families and stakeholdersDrive a culture of quality, safety,



and continuous improvementAbility to provide direction to staff while also holding them accountablePassionate about empowering people with disabilityWilling to provide hands-on support, including personal care when requiredEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in the Disability/Community services, ideally within SIL or complex supportsCertificate III in Disability Support (minimum)NDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking With Children CheckCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleWhy Join Us?
